- Account Closure: Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for added security.
3. Single Account Policy
One Account Only: Each user is allowed only one account per household, IP address, or device. Multiple registrations may lead to cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated bonuses or winnings.
4. Payouts
- Winnings: Once a game result is confirmed, winnings are credited to your account.
- Error Correction: In cases of accidental over-crediting due to technical errors, funds will be retracted. Withdrawn funds in error will be considered a debt.
- Verification: Withdrawal requests may require additional verification (KYC) to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering measures.
5. Deposits
- Making a Deposit: To place bets or play games for real money, you must deposit funds using accepted methods (credit/debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers). Cash and cheques are not accepted.
- Currency Conversion: Deposits in currencies different from your account’s currency will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, and any exchange fees are your responsibility.
- Prohibition on Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must originate from an account or payment method registered in your name. Unauthorized third-party deposits will result in forfeiture of winnings.
6. Withdrawals
- MegaRich Documentation: First-time withdrawals require submission of identification documents, bank statements, and proof of payment method ownership. Additional verification may be required.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within two banking days, though delays may occur due to holidays or extra checks.
- Limits: Withdrawals are subject to limits (e.g., maximum of €10,000 per 24 hours and €50,000 per 30 days, unless agreed otherwise). For winnings over €50,000, payouts may be split into monthly installments.
- Pending Requests: Only one pending withdrawal per payment method is allowed at any time.
7. Account Closure
- Closing Your Account: You may request account closure via customer support, ensuring all open bets are canceled. We may also close accounts at our discretion, especially in cases related to potential gambling addiction.
- Bonus Forfeiture: Bonuses not used within one month may be canceled, and bonus hunters may have their winnings voided.

9. System Disruptions & Fraud

- Fraud & Collusion: Any activity suspected of fraud, collusion, or money laundering may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. We reserve the right to report such activities to regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
10. Live Chat Guidelines
- Usage: Our chat facility is provided for social interaction and support. All chats are subject to monitoring.
- Conduct: Users must refrain from using offensive, defamatory, or malicious language. Failure to comply may result in chat removal or account termination.
11. Game Interruptions
